What's the trial?
Free during early access — no credit card to start, and nothing charges automatically.
What happens after?
When early access ends, the plan is $39 a month, flat. We'll give you clear notice before any billing begins — you'll never be charged by surprise.
Are there add-ons?
Just one: an optional dedicated SMS number (a "Pro" option) if you'd like texts to come from your own number. Everything else is in the $39 plan.
Are there payment processing fees?
Card payments run through your own Stripe account, at Stripe's standard rate (2.9% + 30¢ per online charge) — paid to Stripe, not to us. Stillbook adds 0% and makes nothing on your payments. Most booking platforms mark card processing up to around 3.5%; we don't touch it — our only revenue is the flat $39.
Can I cancel and take my data?
Anytime. You can export your full practice data whenever you like and delete your account — no lock-in.
What's a BAA, and do I need one?
A Business Associate Agreement is the HIPAA contract a software vendor must sign before it can hold client health information on your behalf. If you keep intake forms or session notes, you need one — and most tools gate it behind a sales call or a pricier tier. Stillbook's is included free: you accept it at signup and we countersign automatically.
